As always, a fantastic service from everyone. Advice given regarding dual lenses. Prescription not changed so no need to change glasses. Optometrist was extremely informative about the health of my eyes

I couldn't fault the service I received today from booking in for my eye test, to buying my glasses. Naj the Optometrist was so lovely. The service I received from Rebecca was great, she helped me choose my first pair of glasses and made sure I understood everything. I'm really impressed with all of the staff at this opticians.

The customer care was exceptionally good and they were patient to discuss all the options with me. The down side is the waiting area is a tad too small, the seating was too close to the person in front and the waiting time was quite long......however it was a very busy day for them.

My contact lens check appointment was on time and only took about 10 minutes.

The actual optician and staff were very helpful and accommodating due to the fact that it was a contact lense assessment I was actually after and I was booked in just for an eye test. I do however think that you should make it clear and obvious that if you are to have a contact lense assessment and want to sign up you will have to buy the first 3 mths worth upfront!!! I was very disappointed with this and was thinking of taking my business elsewhere!
